Departing at 9 AM, you will take a 1½ hour journey north to McInnes Island. Along the way keep your camera ready for capturing bald eagles and whales which both are frequent travelers of this route.
From there we take you to the sweeping landscapes and wilderness glamour of Ivory Island. Go ashore and partake in the informative eco-tour of historic Ivory Island Light House.
Feel free to explore as you trek through the beautiful sights of Ivory Island. Enjoy a picnic lunch ashore while you soak up the air. You will be returning to Shearwater on Denny Island, in the late afternoon, just in time for dinner.

MAGICAL OUTER ISLANDS
Explore the outer islands southwest of Shearwater on this relaxing tour. This trip will take you from Denny Island to the outer islands north of Hakai Provincial Park at the gateway into the Great Bear Rainforest.
What to Expect
This spectacular journey takes you 1½ hours southwest from Denny Island to just north of Hakai Provincial Park. Venture to the inhabited islands of the North Pacific Central Coast in the footsteps of great explorers. Enjoy a beautifully prepared picnic lunch and then you are free for the rest of the day to hike, swim, relax, or explore. You can comb the beaches for pacific treasures, glass balls and debris from the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake tsunami. In the late afternoon, your captain will take you on a scenic cruise back to Shearwater arriving just in time for dinner at the Resort.
