This exciting trip begins at 9 a.m. and takes you 1½ hours southwest from Shearwater to the Outer Islands, just north of Hakai Provincial Park.
There you may go ashore and enjoy the famous white sand beaches of the area.
You can comb the magnificent beaches for glass balls and other pacific treasures such as debris from the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami which continues to wash ashore all these years later. Enjoy a prepared picnic lunch ashore and then you are free to swim, hike, explore or just relax on the beach for the rest of the day. In the late afternoon, your captain will guide you back to Shearwater on a scenic cruise arriving just in time for dinner ashore.
